Likewise, interested parBes have the possibility of contacBng the Spanish Data ProtecBon Agency with any doubts regarding the exercise of their rights, to resolve any incidents in the processing of their data, or to file a complaint. The Spanish Data ProtecBon Agency is responsible for ensuring compliance with the legislaBon and monitoring its applicaBon.
